These Terms of Service govern your use of Wolph Assistant, a service operated by Rick van Hattem.

2. Service Description
Wolph Assistant is a personal assistant application that can connect to a user’s Google account and, subject to the permissions granted by the user, help read, summarize, draft, organize, create, update, and send content across Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, and related Google Workspace services.
3. Eligibility And Accounts
You may use Wolph Assistant only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms and only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected services.
4. Google Account Connections
If you choose to connect a Google account, you authorize Wolph Assistant to access and use the Google data covered by the permissions you grant, solely for the purpose of operating the service and carrying out your instructions. You may revoke that access through your Google account settings at any time.
5. User Instructions And Responsibility
You are responsible for the instructions you give to Wolph Assistant and for reviewing outputs where appropriate. You must not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, send unlawful content, or interfere with other people’s accounts, data, or systems.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Wolph Assistant to:
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
- Attempt to access or manipulate data you are not authorized to access.
- Send spam, malware, or harmful content.
- Use the service in a way that harms the service, its operator, or other users.
7. Availability And Changes
Wolph Assistant may change over time and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Specific features, integrations, or permissions may also change.
8. Beta / As-Is Nature
Wolph Assistant is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind except where warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Third-Party Services
Wolph Assistant depends on third-party services, including Google services and supporting infrastructure providers. The operator is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, or actions outside the operator’s reasonable control.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address violations of these Terms.
11. Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to be responsible for claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
14. Changes To These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
